Childhood Obesity and inactivity is on the rise and we will be at the forefront to battle this epidemic to accomplish our fitwize 4 kids mission.

Our fitwize 4 kids mission is to be a force for good by empowering the youth of today and tomorrow teaching them lifelong healthy habits of staying fit and eating right.
Youth-Centered & Inviting
We offer fun and innovative fitness and nutrition programs for kids between ages 5 to 15 featuring self esteem activities for kids that build healthy bodies and confident minds. Fitwize 4 Kids has developed world class youth fitness and nutrition education for kids through working with thousands of actual kids walking through our doors. There are various child specific programs developed as confidence building activities for kids getting them used to an active lifestyle as well as honing character skills. This is done by exposing them to circuit training, sports conditioning, boxing classes, and health and wellness activities for kids. Involving kids in group activities (like our 6pm kids 8-13 or 7pm 13-16 teen sessions) is very beneficial; there are many positive outcomes from these programs.
Change the World
Our Vision
To provide the world with a safe, organized and clean youth fitness facility, where kids can have fun while building healthy bodies and confident minds!
The growing trend of childhood obesity and inactivity shows why health and wellness activities for kids are crucial worldwide; other countries are rapidly catching up. More than 20% of European youngsters between ages 5 and 17 are either overweight or obese. Asia lags behind in obesity statistics, but Thailand, Malaysia, Japan and the Philippines report troubling increases in childhood obesity, proving the need for healthy habits for kids. In China Up to 10% of China’s 290 million children are believed to be overweight or obese, and that percentage is expected to double a decade from now without structured nutrition education for kids.
